All our products can be delivered to you in various packaging formats that fit a foodservice operator’s specific needs—single serve, tetra pack bricks, bag-in-box—all either refrigerated or nonrefrigerated.

Handling Guidelines
Overall Temperature Requirements:
Product must be maintained at a maximum temperature of 40°F at all times. Allowable temperature ranges for internal core product temperature is 36—40°F.

Warehousing / Storage Requirements:
Warehousing should be maintained at a maximum of 40°F and a minimum of 36°F at all times. Route trucks, at time of loading and unloading should be capable of maintaining 45°F and should be capable of maintaining 38°F while under closed conditions.
